When you confirmed the trip, we need 30% down payment of the total price for advance flight tickets and hotel booking and permit process.
Bank service charge should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of deposit.
All payments should be made in foreign exchange
Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the start date of the trip. If you aren’t able to follow this rule, a certain amount will be charged for you.
Due to circumstances such as an increase in prices by airlines, hotels, resorts, we may have to enforce changes in our tour prices and we shall not be held liable for these circumstances. We shall, of course, try our utmost not to increase prices!
We always render you the most sincere services and we guarantee you that none of our staff will harm or steal your belongings. We will alter the route and durations and make other amendments especially in weather difficulties, group member sickness or injury.
Personal travel insurance is not included in the holiday prices quoted.
